What is Pearl Laser Skin Surfacing?

Pearl Laser Skin Resurfacing uses a laser to dramatically reduce signs of aging, including lines, wrinkles, scars, and uneven pigmentation without the risks or expense of surgery. It can treat brown spots, deep lines, and skin elasticity. By stimulating the body's own collagen-producing process, these laser treatments restore tone and glow to the skin while minimizing fine lines. After treatment, skin appears plumper with more even texture and color.

Who is a good candidate for Pearl Laser treatment?

Good candidates have light to medium light skin tone with signs of sun damage, fine wrinkles, and other signs of aging. The most common age group to receive treatment is ages 40-60.

What should I expect during Pearl Laser treatment?

You will receive a topical numbing cream prior to the treatment. The laser itself takes about 30 minutes. Heat from the laser is absorbed by the skin, stimulating the body to produce additional collagen and new healthy skin tissue.

How long is recovery?

Recovery takes about one week. Your skin will be slightly red and feel sunburned, but you can resume most of your normal daily activities. Results can be visible after one week after treatment, with maximum results appearing in one to three months. Most patients experience desired results with just one treatment.
